Shipping & Returns

 

SHIPPING

We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding weekends and holidays. Our default shipping carrier is US Postal Service. If you prefer other shipping carriers, please contact our customer service first before you place the order. Shipping fees may vary depending on the carrier you choose and the shipping destination.

Please allow us 1 business day for atelier production, all our arrangements are made to order.

RETURNS

We stand by our infinity roses’ quality. However, please note that our roses are a product of nature, and as such some variance in color, shape, and size is normal.

Should your order arrive damaged, we will replace the product at no cost to you. We will ask you to return the product in timely manner. Please notify us of any damage claims at contact@theboutiquerouge.com or via our Contact Us page, along with a photo of the damage, within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, because each arrangement is catered and designed to a specific individual, we are unable to accept returns other than damaged items.
